Well, considering how busy and fucked up this weekend was at work, I'm in a surprisingly good mood.

There's a new girl at work (not in my dept.) who is very obviously flirting with me. I'm not really interested. She's not ugly, I just don't know her that well. She doesn't actually seem to be the type that would have the same interests as me, as far as I can tell. I have a feeling she may be a little more conservative that what I want/need. But then again, I've known quite a few people who seem completely straight-edge who are very kinky, open, and willing to try anything new in their private lives... and I'm not just talking sexually. I'm looking for someone who has at least heard of some of the things that I've experienced... they should at least know what BDSM means, know that there is an event called Burning Man, likes travelling around the country, etc.

And then there's this other girl who flirts with everyone, except that when you call her on it, she backs off. What is up with that? She has heard of Burning Man, and was really curious about it. She even hinted that she would be interested in going. So I directed her to my website, and brought in my book. The moment she saw a few naked people walking around, she lost interest. I tried explaining that 1) She wouldn't have to run around naked, and 2) There's not as much nudity there anymore, but she had simply lost interest.
Oh well. As I said in a post last week or the week before, I met someone who is really interested in going, and doesn't have that same nudity problem (she used to be a stripper in a juice bar -- that's Californian for completely nude -- damn would I have loved to meet her then!!! ;) ).

In the past few months, I have gained quite a bit of weight... but not in the right places... it looked like I had a beer belly, and I don't drink very much beer.
So, in the past week, I've altered my diet. I really need to work hard on consuming more fruits and vegetables. I've noticed that just in this past week, I'm having fewer stomach problems, fewer headaches, and more energy. Plus I seem to be becoming regular again. I know, you probably don't want to hear that. I'm trying to stretch more, but that's going to take a little more effort on my part to make it a habit. And if I don't get my exercise, I try to at least play some music and jump/dance around a bit to get my heart sped up a bit.
So right now, my tummy doesn't seem nearly as big as it did just two weeks ago. And I'm not having to suck in my gut to button my pants.

Okay, I'm done typing for the time being... I want to get a few other things done... finish my apple, for instance, before it browns up anymore... heh
