My sleep schedule got so fucked up, that I had to do it this time just to try to get back on what I prefer.
Last night busy at work, so no naps (I can try to take a nap on nights that I am on call, and not worry about helping with the regular work).
Ended up sleeping all morning and into early evening.
I really need to get myself into better health.
Ever since I returned from Burning Man, I've had this persistent nagging cough. It gets worse, then it gets better, then worse. I'm at one of those 'worse' stages.
If I try to take in a big breath, I start coughing. If I turn over in my sleep, I start coughing.
I'm getting tired of coughing.
I'm going through orange juice faster than I can buy it. I need to start eating more fruits and veggies.
