I felt crappy most of the day. Actually went to bed when I got home from work last night, fell asleep almost immediately, which for me doesn't happen (severe insomnia).
Except for a few phone calls throughout the day, I slept until 5... PM!
Got up, take a shit-load of medicine, started to feel a little better. Went to the store, and here I am. Just got up from a nap, actually.
I'm glad I today off. My body just needed the rest today.
No photo shoot, she was also sick today.
I got my summons for jury duty yesterday.
It's for the 20th.
Our county used to send the summons about a week before the alotted time, so what's up with this more than a month advance?
I know I'm going to misplace my summons and forget to call before-hand to see if I am to show up (I always have to show up). And if I put it in a place where I see it all the time, it's just going to be like a little sign that you see once, and forget about.
I'm screwed either way.

If you have a sock drawer filled only with 10 red singles and 10 blue singles, and you're waking up to get ready for work, and all the lights are out (lost power, and it's completely dark), how many socks would you have to pull out before you know you have a matching pair?
Y'know, taking a long hot bath when you're feeling crappy sure makes you feel better.
Actually, I'm starting to feel better after my long sleep the night before last. Still have sniffles and a headache that just won't go away, even after 1000mg advil, but it's a lot better than it was.
